Luke Rockhold injured, out of UFC 230 rematch with Chris Weidman

Former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold is injured and out of his UFC 230 co-main event rematch with the man he beat to take the title, Chris Weidman.

The UFC has not yet made the announcement but a report from Brett Okamoto followed by reports from MMA Junkie have confirmed the news.

UFC 230 takes place Nov. 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight .

The UFC is reportedly searching for a replacement to fight Weidman on the card, with Ronaldo Souza being among the names mentioned.
