Martial arts coach arrested on warrant for sexual assault and sexual abuse of a minor
Beau W. ire, 42, a martial arts coach at Badger Combatives, 313 E. Main St. in Galesburg, Illinois was arrested on a Warren County warrant for sexual assault and sexual abuse, according to a report from Tri State Public Radio.
ire charged with two counts of criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, following three separate incidents in Monmouth.
The charges allege acts of sexual penetration and sexual misconduct with a minor over whom ire held a position of trust, supervision, or authority, according to a release from the Warren County State’s Attorney’s office.
ire was arrested in Knox County on the $100,000 warrant and later released after posting cash bond. He is due back in court on December 2.
All three charges are Class 1 felonies, carrying sentences of up to 15 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
